In 2003, we rented an approximately 27,000 square feet location at Terracotta Business Park, in Orlando Florida to open the first site of the Ana G. Mendez University System outside Puerto Rico. This site offers the first and only dual language (English and Spanish) higher education program for adults in the nation. Since then, our student growth has led to expanding our campus to a current site of over 41,847 square feet. It is important to recognize that our relationship with your organization has been an instrumental element for this development. Through the years, we have developed a strong and direct communication that facilitates the operation for both entities. The fast response and quality of services received from Dalfen have made our experience as tenants a very pleasant and rewarding one. We look forward to maintain our relationship with Dalfen in the future and for it to be as rewarding as it has been in the past.
