Dalfen America Corp. said it bought the McKinney Central Business Park, a two-building industrial complex at 2010 and 2040 N. Redbud Blvd. in McKinney.
Built in 2001, the 201,425-square-foot industrial campus is near U.S. Highway 75. The project includes a 6.5-acre site for future construction.
“These are high-quality properties located in a fast-growing market with excellent demographics and significant barriers to entry,” investor Sean Dalfen said in a prepared statement. “We intend to continue to be one of the most active buyers of industrial real estate in the country and aim to ramp up our acquisitions substantially over the next 24 months.”
