Fitness Inspiration Inc’s relationship with Dalfen America Corporation began when we became a tenant at Trinity Ridge Business Center in July 2012. As a result of our client growth, a quick two years later we found ourselves in need of a much bigger and better facility space. We were so pleased with the experience we had as a client of Dalfen’s over the first two years, we knew that ‘shopping around’ for this new space was not going to be necessary, Dalfen’s Trinity Ridge Business Center was it! Shelly, Elaine, Thomas, Sandy and everyone else at Dalfen do a world-class job of fostering professional relationships and managing the property we call our home. This is why it was easy for me to sign the dotted line on another lease agreement at Trinity Ridge Business Center for a space that was double in size, double in amenities, and more than double in lease term agreement length.
