The 407,195 square foot building is a cross dock configuration with 185′ and 135’ truck court, 36′ clear heights, 89 dock doors, and 4 drive-in doors with ramps.

This property is located in one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s strongest industrial submarkets with great access to the metro’s major thoroughfares such as I-635, I-30, and I-80. It is also located less than three miles from the Mesquite Airport.

The 44.62 acres of land for the East Dallas Logistics Center development was acquired by Dalfen in February 2019. This project will be completed in November 2020.
