Built in 1991, Main Street Industrial Center is a Cross Dock distribution facility, consisting of approximately 240,000 square feet of distribution space.

It has direct visibility from US-17, easy access to I-95 and has excellent outside storage capabilities with over 18.6 acres of total site area. The building also features 4,000 square feet of office space, 55 dock doors and 32′ maximum clear height.

It was purchased in 2012 from a REIT. Although extremely well built with all the important features such as dock doors, parking ratios and turning radius, the property had fallen into disrepair through neglect after Sears had vacated.

We have concluded a complete renovations including interior and exterior repainting, installation of T5 lights as well as a motorized fence.

The property was sold in 2013.
